Bayer's Incubator application was designed to help scientists efficiently monitor seedlings during incubation, enabling early detection of disease and genetic mutations. Leveraging Lean UX principles, the app was developed through iterative feedback cycles with end-users, ensuring it met real-world needs. It allowed users to track moisture levels and monitor seed readiness. Once optimal conditions were reached, scientists could scan barcodes to identify and select only the healthiest seedlings for planting—streamlining decision-making and improving crop quality.
